    Download, print and complete this form to become a member of (or to register with) the Zimbabwe Association. Send completed forms to address shown on the contact page.

  • Zimbabwe Association Authorisation Form (PDF)
    Download, print and complete this form to give the Zimababwe Association authority to assist in finding legal representation for you.

  • Application for Section 4 Support Form (pdf)
    Use this form to apply to the UK Home Office for Section 4 support and Asylum.

  • For those who are married (or partners) of people with the right to remain in the UK through citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain, you may be able to apply for Further Leave to Remain (FLR) in the UK.

    Download and complete the appropriate Home Office form from the Home Office website. Citizens Advice Bureaux may be able to help you with completing the form (Ask at your local library for details for Citizens Advice Bureau).

    If you are refused, do not give up hope. You have the right of appeal against a refusal. You may be able to enlist the help of your Member of Parliament.
